My son (15) refused to get his hair cut anywhere because of a past bad experience at a different salon. I finally called him into Sports Clips but he was nervous. I explained to Mandy how he wanted it and explained about his past issue. She was amazing about it and made him feel completely relaxed. She called with him the entire time and made him feel like she truly cared. When it was finished we told her it was great and paid. When we got to the car I asked him (in case he was afraid to say in front of her) if he liked it and he LOVED it. He NEVER likes his cuts right away. He said he will go there from now on and Mandy will be his new stylist. Thank you Mandy. Thank you for not only making him feel comfortable in your chair but for caring and doing his hair so great!! Mandy you now have a customer for the time that you are there. Mandy is amazing yall. Ask for her!!
